Help with alarms, accounts, and safety
Alarm did not sound
- Open Together Alarm → Settings and check the Alarm permissions status.
- Tap Alarm permissions. On iOS 26 or newer, allow Alarms; on earlier iOS versions, enable Notifications and Sounds.
- Return to an alarm and use the five-second test. Keep a backup alarm for anything safety-critical.
Record or share a voice
- Open Voices and tap the round record control.
- Allow microphone access, record for up to 20 seconds, then tap stop.
- Name the recording and choose “Just me” or an accepted friend.
- The recipient opens Voices, taps Use beside the shared voice, reviews the alarm, and saves it.
Uploaded files must be 20 seconds or shorter and under 8 MB. Together Alarm converts compatible audio into an iPhone alarm sound before saving it.
Account or sign-in help
Together Alarm uses Sign in with Apple and never asks for an app password. Confirm you are signed into iCloud on the device, then try Continue with Apple again. Never send us an Apple password or verification code.
Delete your account
Open Together Alarm → Settings → Delete account → Delete permanently. This removes your Together Alarm account and associated app data.
Remove, report, or block
For a received voice, tap its ellipsis and choose Remove voice or Safety options. You can also open Friends, then press and hold the person to report or block them. Reports are reviewed for violations of the community standards.
